"Hardcover, Very Good, clean, tight, color plates inside, gold gilt on top edge, cover has age spots as is shown in picture, bottom of spine cover has a small tear, edge wear, picture plates are protected by tissue paper some of which has foxing, along with other pages, inside free end paper has a stamp and there is also some bleeding of the cover onto some other pages. Inside back cover has what appears to be a newspaper clipping that was glued in but then ripped out parts of it are still there.() This is a reproduction of a book published before 1923. This book may have occasional imperfections such as missing or blurred pages, poor pictures, errant marks, etc. that were either part of the original artifact, or were introduced by the scanning process. We believe this work is culturally important, and despite the imperfections, have elected to bring it back into print as part of our continuing commitment to the preservation of printed works worldwide.
